Estou há um tempinho pra falar das meninas do Men, uma das boas novidades desse ano. Formado por duas integrantes (JD Samson e Johanna Fateman) do Le Tigre que começaram a discotecar usando esse nome, elas logo fundiram-se com um outro projeto paralelo de JD, o grupo Hirsute. A pegada da banda fica entre o punk-funk, a discoteca e a new wave, ecoando, ao mesmo tempo, bandas tão diferentes quanto Talking Heads, Go Team, Junior Senior e o próprio Le Tigre. Por enquanto elas só lançaram um EP, mas “Credit Card Babie$” é forte candidata a estar entre as melhores músicas do ano, hein…
