“Eis que, em algum momento, falando sobre festas, uma amiga me pede que tipo de música toca nas baladas que eu vou em São Paulo”

Recém-paulistanizado, o catarina Tiago Agostini ouviu o questionamento acima de uma conterrânea e compilou faixas onipresentes nas pistas de dança de indie rock de São Paulo em dois arquivos. Algumas (como ele mesmo diz “‘Surfin’ Bird’ com os Raimundos”, por exemplo) passam longe do estereótipo, mas no geral a coletânea dá uma boa idéia de como dançam os indies - e, independente de pista, ficou bem boa.

O Bruno tinha linkado há um tempo, mas só agora que eu parei pra ouvir essa seqüência classuda que o Rapture enfileirou no CD Rapture Tapes. Era o que faltava pra eles saírem de vez do gueto poseur do pós-pós-punk nova-iorquino para abraçarem de vez a dance music - começa com uma funkeira pesada e aos poucos vai amaciando, devagar, até ir pra órbita da space disco. Não conhecia esse Laranja Digital, blog de MP3 que veio bater no meu Last.fm dando o toque desse bom set do Bispo.
